There are a variety of types of sexual harassment including verbal harassment, visual harassment, and physical harassment, that can occur in the workplace. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) defines two types of sexual harassment: quid pro quo harassment and hostile environment sexual harassment. These two different types of harassment are the focus of most types of harassment charges.
