LGBTQ Workplace Discrimination
LGBTQ workplace discrimination is illegal in the United States. All workplace policies must be created and implemented without discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity and all employees have the right to fair and respectful treatment irrespective of their gender or sexual identity. Employers must actively prevent LGBTQ workplace discrimination, promote diversity and inclusion, and provide sexual harassment training and education so that employees understand their rights and obligations in a respectful workplace environment.
